Lunch Menu
Our lunchtime team create a wonderful range of healthy, nutritious and delicious lunchtime food for the children of St Anne's. The new spring/summer 2009 menu is now available, and the menu runs on a three-week rotation.
Available daily at lunchtime:
Bread without spread and salad dressing. Drinks include milk and water daily, plus Pure Fruit Juice once a week.

Mid-Morning Break
Below are the items available to purchase at mid-morning snack time. Maximum of two items per child.
Bananas or Pears - 35p
Small Apples or Oranges - 25p
Toast per slice - 25p
Milk carton, 1/3 pint - 20p
Orange or Apple juice cuplet - 25p

Food News from Cheshire County Council
To increase the amount of organic produce on the menu, a new local organic beefburger has been introduced.
The new chilcken grill is made from UK farmed chicken breast.
We have included lots of the childrens favourites such as Spaghetti Bolognaise, Lasagne, Roast Dinners as well as a wide range of new dishes.
Menu choices such as Ploughman's Lunch and Fruit Jelly are lighter menu choices for the summer months.
We now have four fish products that come from a sustainable source and are certified by the Marine Stewardship Council.
We have been developing existing recipes to lower the fat, salt and sugar content.
Your child can get at least two of their recommended five portions of fruit and vegetables each day.
We have now added a new local Cheshire yoghurt, from Tattenhall using Cheshire milk.
